September -
I honestly don't think anything happened.
October-
- Celebrated Satan's Birthday with the traditional...uhmm....cake decorating...
Asher's Cake
Em's Cake
-
-Em dressed as a black ninja (authentic, right down to the traditional pink shoes), Asher went as a one eyed psycho killer . Which is nice.
- We also went to Disney with the Vinson side of the family. See Photographic evidence below.
-We celebrated Thanksgiving with a feast. We have no Pictures, so let's move on to ....
December
-Started the month with the kid's first piano recital.
-Halfway through the month, I was fired. FUN! More to come on that....
-Thanks to the graciousness of the ownership of RQ Construction, I got to see the Kid's Christmas shows. Note how Asher get's the candy Santa threw down, and continues with the Choreography..
-And Em was the cutest doll in the show, of course.
-By the way, the crush of proud parents and relatives filming at the back of the school's multipurpose room would rival in paparazzi mob you've ever seen. You has to elbow and push your way to get a decent shot.
-Emery does the "I like my present" dance.

January
- Brought in 2010 (twenty ten, or two thousand ten? discuss.) behind the Magnolia Curtain with my parents and then in Texas with V's. Had a great time, but no pictures.
-Asher and V had a Mother-Son night at school last week. The theme was "Rockstar", so everyone dressed the part. Here is the "Cover of The Rolling Stone" shot.

- Not sure what the band name should be, but the first album has to be named "Cheap Vertical Blinds"
-Change You Can Believe In!

Asher is threatening to take over the blog, so expect that soon. Plus, I've got tons of free time and a new laptop, so I'll post between interviews.
Now that you mention it, I don't believe I did anything in September either.
ReplyDeleteWHA? Fired a couple of weeks before Christmas? It's like an evil corporation cliche.
ReplyDeleteOn the bright side, you may run into Conan in the unemployment line.
Yeah, wish MY company would have paid me to sit around 'til September...
